C-ANCA / ANCA-PR3 (Serine Proteinase 3 Antibodies) EIA ₹1850
Detects Proteinase-3 (PR3) antibodies associated with C-ANCA-positive autoimmune vasculitis. This test helps diagnose Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA/Wegener’s Granulomatosis) and other ANCA-associated vasculitic disorders.

What is the C-ANCA / ANCA-PR3 Test?
The C-ANCA / ANCA-PR3 (Serine Proteinase 3 Antibodies) EIA detects antibodies directed against Proteinase-3 (PR3), an enzyme found in neutrophils. These antibodies are strongly associated with Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA), formerly known as Wegener’s Granulomatosis. The test helps diagnose autoimmune vasculitis, monitor disease activity, and evaluate treatment response.
Who should take this test?
- Patients with suspected ANCA-associated vasculitis.
- Individuals with persistent sinus infections, nasal ulcers, or chronic cough.
- Patients with unexplained kidney inflammation (glomerulonephritis).
- People experiencing lung involvement, blood in urine, or systemic inflammation.
- Patients requiring monitoring of Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA).

Understanding Your Results
Positive result may indicate the presence of
Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) or another
ANCA-associated vasculitis.
Negative result reduces the likelihood of PR3-associated vasculitis
but does not completely exclude autoimmune disease.
Results should always be interpreted together with clinical symptoms,
imaging studies, biopsy findings, and other autoimmune tests such as MPO-ANCA (P-ANCA).
